Customer satisfaction is the top priority. When assisting customers you should going above and beyond to keep your client happy, by answering any questions they have or resolving any issues and concerns with a positive attitude. Always remember to smile and greet, it is important to exchange names and also introduce your workers to homeowners making everyone aware of who is on the job site and for communication and comfortability. Communication is key. Understanding your client by listening and repeating back the needs and concern. Be honest and have empathy. We understand the stress and discomfort you may be having during this time. You are our priority and so is your home. We want to create loyalty and hopefully a returning customers. The goal is that each customer leaves with a positive impression and experience with the company. You are important to us.
