A very important part in keeping your business up and running is to do regular checks of all the plumbing in the office area/work area. A broken or old supply line can do major damage if it isn't noticed immediately. 

Many many of our customers have suffered from simply not checking under the sink or behind the refrigerator. They can be found all over the home/office toilets, sinks, water heaters, washing machines. 

We often find ourselves recommending to spend that little extra on purchasing the better hoses as the cheaper ones just aren't reliable lasting between 5 to 7 years. If you are reading this and don't remember the last time you checked, now would be a great time to check them over. make sure they are tight, no signs of corrosion or just looking old.
