Bowed Ceiling From AC Unit Leak

After arriving to this property in Nuevo, CA we wanted to work as quickly as possible to avoid any further damage to this property. You could immediately see the bowed ceiling where a water bubble had formed. The AC Unit in the property had started to leak and built up water quickly. Due to the weight of the water the drywall was bowing meaning it could have collapsed at any point. Removing any excess water and the saturated insulation meant it was safe for us to start our remediation. As you can see from the after picture, the water had sadly managed to damage most of this room.
