Hidden Microbial Growth

Our SERVPRO team of San Jacinto/Idyllwild/Lakeview were given the task of drying this apartment up after the affects of hurricane Florence in North Carolina. The team started with measuring and marking the areas that had been affected by rain, the flooring and wall had been mostly impacted by the weather. Once the team started to pull away the drywall they were faced with saturated insulation which is a perfect environment for microbial growth. We had to remove all the drywall along with all the insulation to make sure we cleared it all. We then use a environmental friendly cleaner to wipe down and scrub any materials remaining to prevent further growth. As you can see from the after photo our team did an amazing job!
